Erin Andrews, Fantasy Guy, MSDS & Beyonce Makes Her Move

"It" Girl?

After some sportswriter from Peoria criticized her attire and actions at Wednesday evening's Brewers/Cubs game, Erin Andrews became huge news.  In my opinion, it's a non-story.   On a muggy summer night in Milwaukee, she wore a relatively short but non-revealing dress onto the field.  Big deal.  Was she supposed to wear something like the outfit in the above picture?  In general, sideline reporters bring next to nothing to the table but if they are going to be a part of nearly every sporting event I would certainly prefer that they look like Andrews rather than Tony Siragusa...

Don't Even Think About It

Unless you have a draft within the next two weeks, keep on walking.  I've opted not to participate in any fantasy football leagues this year and will be giving you everything you need to know well before most drafts take place at the end of August.  It might be tempting to pick up a couple magazines or visit one of the 250,000 fantasy football websites out there, but just sit tight...

You Win, Nancy!

Sean Hannity is going to be very disappointed when he reads this, but Nancy Pelosi is the winner of July's MSDS Award.  It was very close, but Nancy wanted it just a bit more.  During the past few days she's been everywhere reminding everyone that she's the 3rd most powerful person in the Unites States.  While I do think it's a nice story that she is the first woman to become Speaker of the House, I don't need her to tell me about it every time she's on camera.  Mrs. Pelosi sealed the deal a few days ago when she proudly proclaimed that her decisions and actions were saving the planet.  Now that I know that Nancy is on the case, I'm going to be sleeping a lot easier...
