Coming to a Reality Show Near You

Although some of my recent playing partners may disagree, I feel confident in saying that my golf swing is a bit more fluid than the one the artist formerly known as the Round Mound of Rebound is currently using.  Since Tiger's swing coach, Hank Haney, has some free time on his hands, a new reality show will be debuting later this month on the Golf Channel.   Barkley has a lot to say and isn't afraid to say it, so chances are that I'll be watching...

The Legend Is Growing

In the oldies but goodies department, here are a couple of short articles about Shawn and another prominent athlete.  While I've heard varying estimates regarding the number of Kemp's illegitimate children, none were as high as the figure(s) mentioned.  For some reason, I just found the last line of the article amusing.   The second story examines former boxing champion/Mike Tyson appetizer Evander Holyfield and his history of fathering illegitimate kids.  Particularly interesting is when Holyfield comments about his role as a spokesman for children born out of wedlock.

Oh, What the Hell

This article talks about other sites out there that are carrying lists of the hottest Olympians.  That is something that you'll never see on this blog.   The Olympian of the Week is carefully chosen after an exhaustive examination of the performances and achievements of all 10,000+ competitors.  By the way, I think you'll be able to see Leryn in action on August 19th, so mark your calendars...
