Sarah Palin, Juicin' Jamaicans?, 2nd Fiddles & Leryn Franco

SDSG's Word of the Week:  Jejune - lacking knowledge, experience, impact or significance

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin with daughter Bristol Palin

When you roll the dice, sometimes you're going to crap out.  Although I still like the boldness of the choice, others aren't quite as enamored with the John McCain's selection of Sarah Palin.  Rather than going with a running mate who he really wanted like Joe Lieberman or Tom Ridge, McCain decided to placate James Dobson, Rush "We have a babe on the ticket" Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity by plucking a jejune from the great Northwest.   McCain says he was going with his gut.  Perhaps, but it's just as likely that he was trying to pacify Maurice Minnifield...

Speaking of great character actors like Barry Corbin, here is a list of the Best 2nd Fiddles In The Business.  If I missed anyone (especially females since there are only three), please let me know...
