Having NFL games on television two days a week again is nice, but I'm even more pumped that there are now only about 50 more days until the start of the NBA season!  Here is a recent picture of my least favorite player, Marko Jaric, with fiancee Adriana Lima.  I've despised Jaric since the days when he was dogging it for the Clippers.  Now word on the street is that he may be headed to New York in a deal for Zack Randolph... 








For the low price of just $29.95, this Sarah Palin action figure doll can be yours!  Other than the Arnold Schwarzenegger Governator Bobblehead that sits on my desk (which I just found out may now be a collector's item because of Arnie's lawsuit against the manufacturer), I think the last doll I owned was a G.I. Joe.  I'm still vacillating, but chances are that I'll be cracking open my piggy bank to purchase a gun toting Palin doll in the near future... 







Well, well, well....it's back to qualifying school for Michelle Wie.  I wrote about Ms. Wie's struggles a couple times last month and this latest development doesn't surprise me at all.  Since Wie is still only 18, I'm sure she'll eventually become a factor on the LPGA Tour.  However, until then it's time to eat a little humble pie... 









A lot of people are giving me shit for touting the Chargers as a lock for the Super Bowl.  Oh, are the San Diego Chargers 0-1?  I didn't notice...
