Getting the Boot, Millen Era Ends & WWSKD?

TV Dancing with the Stars-1.jpg

Jeff Ross was kicked to the curb last night and unfortunately he took Edyta Sliwinska down with him.  Kim Kardashian could be the next to go and we'll find out later tonight...

After posting about Matt Millen late last night, I was pleased to find out this morning that William Clay Ford finally came to his senses and relieved the hapless president/general manager of his duties.  Once word spread that Millen was busy packing his belongings into boxes, fans began voicing their approval about the decision.  A twenty-eight year Lions season-ticket holder named Eddie Gates was quoted as saying that it was the happiest day of his life.  Really Eddie?  Nothing else in your fifty plus years on the planet has brought you such happiness?  I sure wouldn't want to trade places with you, but I'm glad to hear you're so giddy about Millen getting canned...

Readers enjoyed the first What Would Shawn Kemp Do? so much that Shawn has taken time out of his busy schedule to briefly answer a bonus question this week:

Mr. Kemp,

Social Commentary.  Handicapping reality television shows.  Lots of women in bikinis.  Financial advice.  Politics.  Movies.   I just have one simple question:  What kind of blog is this?

DRC in Sabre Springs

Dear DRC,

People always like to classify blogs as strictly Sports, News, Political, Entertainment, Gossip, Health, Business etc. etc.  My man Drew just writes about what is on his mind.  Sports will usually be the focus, but you'll also see a lot of posts about movies, television, politics, and current events.   Oh, and you'll also get periodic posts about me and all of my children.  I visit a lot of internet sites and I really haven't found anything close to what Drew does on a daily basis.   I'm spreading the word about the blog in Italy and hundreds of Italians are reading Shawn Kemp's Kids every day.  Hope you become a regular reader too.

Ciao,

Shawn
