You Can Now Breathe A Sigh Of Relief: Anna Rawson Will Be Playing On The LPGA Tour In 2009, Moon Bloodgood Is Making Her Mark In Hollywood and Rhona Mitra Closes The Curtain On Boston Legal

I was losing sleep at night and finding it hard to concentrate during the day because of the possibility that Anna Rawson might not be eligible to compete on the LPGA tour next year. Well, all is now right in the world (other than a slightly faltering economy in the U.S.): Anna Rawson finished 12th in the LPGA Tour Qualifying School event this past weekend. Another occasional subject on this blog, Michelle Wie, also qualified for eligibility at the same event. Although it seems like she has been playing for at least a decade, Wie is only 19 and may now finally be ready to start living up to the considerable hype...

SDSG favorite, Mood Bloodgood, is about to sign on for the female lead in "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins." Word is that this latest Terminator installment may even bring back the Caahl-eee-fonia Governor to make a brief cameo...

Although Rhona Mitra hasn't been on "Boston Legal" for a couple years, I liked this picture a lot more than the one of a now slightly pudgy James Spader. Tonight's Series Finale will end the show's five-year run and one of the best characters in television history, Alan Shore, will disappear forever. I didn't watch consistently during the past few seasons (in part due to the departure of Ms. Mitra), but the show almost always delivered when I did tune in. David E. Kelly is one of the best in the business and hopefully he'll be back soon...perhaps at the helm of a new series starring the scantily clad Mitra and her crime fighting partner Sly the Snake.
