Crab Dribble-Gate, Very Important Golf Tip and Leon Panetta Will Protect Us...I Hope
History was made in Sunday's game between the Washington Wizards and Cleveland Cavaliers when star forward LeBron James was whistled for traveling with 2.3 seconds left to go. I'm not positive, but I think it was the first time traveling has been called in the NBA since the turn of the century. James was irate and said after the game that it was a horrible call because he "crab dribbled." Well, I'll let you decide for yourselves by watching this clip. It's a little hard to see at first, but make sure to wait for the slow motion instant replay. I'm a huge fan of King James, but I've never heard of a crab dribble and that was a traveling violation...

I've been telling all the card carrying conservatives near and dear to me to give Barack Obama some time before passing judgment. However, I have to say that the number of Clinton retreads in Obama's administration is more than just a little troubling. Former Clinton chief of staff Leon Panetta as the CIA Director? Say what? It reminds me of the good ole boy network in the NFL with all of these former Clinton administration members being dusted off and brought in to provide "Change." As stated in a previous post, I'm a glass is half full person but I'm starting to become concerned.
I saw a picture of Obama yesterday and he looked like he aged ten years already. I wonder what our 44th president is going to look like after he actually starts his new job...

I loved LeBron's "crab dribble" comments. It's a great idea --- when you do something illegal, just give it a formal name and it sounds like maybe it's ok. Here's an example: "I didn't commit a 15-yard facemask penalty in OT that cost my team a playoff game. It was a legitimate tackle. It was a crab tackle, and everyone knows that crab tackles are legal." See, you can use it for anything!

I think you're definitely on to something, Peyton! You really can use for anything...not just sports. In fact, I think Blago will be using the crab defense to stay out of jail in Illinois. "Your honor, I was merely having crab conversations with all of these prospective senate candidates. The fact that money and other considerations were allegedly offered is beside the point. "
