The SDSG's favorite female golfer, Anna Rawson, certainly doesn't pull a lot of punches during interviews.   Instead of using the politically correct term lesbians, in a recent radio interview Rawson referenced the "common perception that the LPGA is full of dykes."

In a Super Bowl pool I won $50 because of the spectacular interception return by James Harrison at the end of the first half (Clip?  What clip, I didn't see an illegal block on the play).   While I celebrated my small windfall, professional poker player Phil Ivey probably was throwing his remote control across the room because he had the Cardinals +3.5 in the 1st half.  Oh, did I mention the bet was for $800,000?        






A couple months ago I mentioned that I wasn't a huge fan of "Mad Men" despite watching three episodes during the past season.  My initial thoughts were that there weren't very many compelling characters and it was excruciatingly slow.  However, the only other shows I'm watching right now are "30 Rock" and "The Office", so I decided to get the first season of "Mad Men" on DVD.   

I have to say that the pilot was exceptional and I'm now hooked on Don Draper/Dick Whitman and the other cast of characters after watching the sixth episode yesterday.  The show really does live up to the hype and is unlike anything else on television.  If you haven't seen it, I'd highly recommend watching the first season on DVD...
