Uh Oh...Here We Go Again With Brett Favre
Evidently, Brett Favre is going to be meeting with Minnesota Vikings head coach Brad Childress in an undisclosed location within the next week. Perhaps this is the same undisclosed location that Dick Cheney used for the past eight years...but I digress. According to reports, Favre is "resentful" and wants "revenge" against Green Bay Packers management.
Having written a dozen posts about the Favre saga a year or so ago, I think I'm going to sit this one out. Until further notice, this is going to be a Favre-free blog. When #4 finally makes his decision, I'll likely weigh in on the sordid story/soap opera...

The NFC North division is now stacked with QBs. Jay Cutler...Matthew Stafford and now Brett Favre.

It's inevitable that Favre will play for the Vikings.
As a die-hard Packers fan I can't wait until Minnesota plays in Green Bay. There might be 9 people in the stands cheering for #4. Everyone else will be crucifying him...

I was wondering what kind of reception Favre would get in his return to Green Bay.
I'm a die-hard Dolphins fan...and I grew up idolizing Dan Marino. If he had pulled a Favre...it definitely would've pissed me off.
However...watching Marino pimp that NutriSystem crap...almost put me over the edge.

It's going to be a brutal reception. He's going to be eviscerated if he comes in to Lambeau wearing a purple uniform.
You had a taste of Sage Rosenfels for a few seasons down in Miami. Who would you rather have as QB of your team: Sage or Favre?

My dream is for Tim Tebow to land in Miami....
I'm thinking that this might be a possibility, because "on paper," the Fins have the toughest schedule this coming season.
However...they just drafted Pat White. Maybe he can run the Wildcat offense.

I really don't see Tebow as more than a 15-20 play QB in the NFL ... just what Pat White will likely be for the Dolphins.

As far as Manny is concerned, I was just kidding about the Viagra earlier this morning. Now I'm reading that it really was a sexual enhancement drug...although not Viagra.
Well, at least Mannygate will kick the #4 b.s. off the front page & sports ticker for a few days...
