Well, well, well...Jayson Williams is finally going to spend some time in jail.  Too bad it took so damn long.  Earlier today Williams was sentenced to five years in prison for his role in the shooting death of limousine driver Costas "Gus" Christofi.  If Williams behaves behind bars then he'll likely only have to serve an 18-month term. 

What a crock of shit.  The judge should have mandated that Williams serve the entire sentence for making a mockery of the court system for the past eight years.  Instead of trying to cover up the incident back in 2002, Williams should have accepted responsibility for his actions.  He did the crime (even if it was an accident) and he should have done the time.  I have no sympathy at all for Williams...none.
