Why the hell is Joey Crawford still officiating NBA playoff games? 

The phantom foul call on Marcus Camby is horrendous enough, but Crawford compounds the mistake by insisting that Steve Nash (90%+ from the line during his career) shoot the free throws.  This is beyond outrageous.

If he's not senile or tying to rig this game then what could possibly explain Crawford's actions?  Is it incompetence?  If so, then David Stern needs to terminate Crawford immediately. 

I love the NBA, but this kind of crap continues to happen and it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth...
