This video should be mandatory viewing for anyone who likes Colin Cowherd and thinks he is a great sports talk show host.

In my very humble opinion, the man is a menace and needs to be stopped.  Here is what Cowherd had to say in an interview published earlier this week: 

In order to cut through, you have to be different. And if you’re different, you’re going to get a lot of negative feedback, and positive.I always tell young broadcasters, “You want to matter? Then get hate mail.” If you get hate mail, it means you’re cutting through. It means you’re pissing people off. It means you sound different. So I’ve always had my own style, which is brutal honesty. I’ve never spent too much time worrying about hurt feelings.

Brutal honesty, huh?  My head hurts. 

While heading into work this morning I heard Cowherd creaming in his pants about Mike Tyson and what Las Vegas was like the night of a Tyson fight.  Among other things, Colin said there was a tremendous amount of "sexual energy" in the air with all of the hot women and celebrities at each fight.  Who were some of the celebrities cited by Cowherd?  None other than Dustin Hoffman, Garry Shandling and Bob Evans. 

Now that is funny.  Shandling? Evans?  Perhaps that's just Colin trying to "be different and sound different."  What an absolute abomination.
