The Hoff Bounced From DWTS & The Clock Is Ticking On A Vincent Jackson Deal

David Hasselhoff was voted off "Dancing With The Stars" last night.  In Germany, thousands of people are currently rioting in the streets.

I haven't written about DWTS in a couple years now, but at the request of a loyal and faithful reader of SKK I'll briefly say the following: Wait, Jennifer Grey is the favorite this season?  Color me shocked.  How could such a novice be doing so well?  Yeesh.

Also, Margaret Cho (who I've never found even the slightest bit amusing) is a complete mess.  Look for her to be kicked to the curb next week.  If you're looking for a sleeper this season, put your money on ex-NBA instigator Rick Fox.  He's easy on the eyes (much to the delight of the millions of DWTS female fans) and smooth on his feet.

Quick note on my beloved San Diego Bolts.  As I write this post at 12:21 p.m. (PST)  there are only 40 minutes on the clock for the Chargers to deal Vincent Jackson to a team that can start him during the fifth week of the season.  Evidently, GM A.J. Smith is holding out for a 2nd and 3rd round pick for the talented Jackson.  Memo to Smith:  Even a desperate team like the Vikings isn't going to give up two high picks for VJ.

At this point it's only 50/50 that Smith will even deal Jackson at all.  Smith is as stubborn as a proverbial ox and it wouldn't surprise me if Jackson isn't moved this season out of pure spite and remains on the sidelines. We'll just have to see what happens...
