the boob tube just doesn't get any better than The White Shadow.
Where have shows like this gone? My 10-year old son and 12-year old daughter are now only able to choose from flotsam and jetsam like iCarly and Good Luck Charlie.
It seems like every year a half dozen old television programs are made into movies in Hollywood. The A-Team? Starsky & Hutch? How about someone remaking a great television show for a change?
One can dare to dream, right?

I think you're on to something, Drew.
With all the crappy basketball movies that have been made over the years, it'd be refreshing to see White Shadow put on the big screen.
